Land Options Inc

Hello,
I did a search on this company before I write this, and found out that there have been messages posted, read them, threw up; I know I am again raising an ugly subject; I want to bring it up again because non-payment, lies, deferrals, and deception are favorite pet peeves of mine. The only way to keep innocents from biting the dust is to keep the news fresh with new messages.

This company has stiffed me for above $1200.00. I have invoices starting back from September 2007 that have not been paid. You cannot get any results from them. They have a "phone" guard posted. When the guard hears key words or names, automatically the person you need is "out of the office for the day." Actually, it is a pretty professional way to just put you into another level of frustration.

I would like to know if there is anyone who has made progress with them at all, and if your method is sharable. That I can tell, their disdain to respond is pretty much equal to all at this point.

And, have we made any progress at all in regards to charging these companies with internet fraud?

Can you post address?

There are several companies I have worked with, using that name.
I'd say it's time to hire a collection company or file in small claims court.

Re: Can you post address?

I had problems with them also but finally received my check after reporting them to the BBB (got a response from them about six months after I reported them and they even mentioned the BBB complaint). Also, I looked up PA Inc laws and found a complaint form that can be filed with the PA Secretary of State for "non-payment of services". Just as an afterthought - I think I read somewhere that they were going to declare bankruptcy. Don't know for sure - but I think I got that information around November 2007 and don't know if they actually did that or not.
