Magic Jack update:
It's been one hour and I still can not install this POS. Their server is down or does not detects my internet connection. I have tried in my 2 pcs and on my laptop and none has worked. I red like 20 reviews and all of them had great things to say about it.
Sorry guys I am just venting, probably tomorrow I will be saying something better about the magic jack or will be in the mail to return it back to Florida.
Thanks for letting me vent!!

Are you using vista?
If so there is a download on their site and if that doesn't work you can email them and they will walk you through the setup.

5 months and not a problem, plus I've sent a few

I had same problem at first
It's because the MJ now come pre-configured for Vista. When you first plugged in MJ, go to my computer then right click on the "MJ (Vista Only) drive and choose "format". Once it's done, unplug/plug the MJ. Go to their website (magicjack.com) and click on "customer care" at the bottom of the page. Click on the "Magic Fix" banner and it will reconfigure the MJ to work with Windows XP.
I've had it for couple months now. Other than the installation glitch, it's been great. I've been using it for faxing without any problem while I saw many have.

You can go in on your fax machine and set it for 9600
and give it a shot. It never worked to well for me, that's why I went to maxemail.

I have the HP3100 AIO and have never had any problem using MJ or VOIP line to fax. The modem speed is set at 14400 BPS.

Yes, just plug it in, instead of your phone.
