NSC in Kansas...low fees

I have had three conversations with NSC...they call with a job and then tell me what I can charge. They pay $25 for printing edocs and $20 for a piggyback. They said they could raise my fee for printing in their data base, but then I would get placed down lower in the calling list, giving preference to those that will their low fees.

They do pay on time...but, I cannot go broke doing a job.

I just told NSC to hit the road three days ago. They called three times in the past two weeks and twice told me it was a single refi. I guoted my fee of xxx and they met it. When docs arrived for two of them they were reverses. I called and explained to them that when they call and out right lie to a notary about the type of assignment they have it causes big issues for that notaries schedule. I explained to them that I dont appreciate being lied to in order to save themselves money and that I dont work for those types of companies.
