NSC or Nations Signature Closers Late Docs

On Monday, I took a job from NSC (In Lenexus, KS) for a job today at 3PM. Drive time to job was 45 minutes or more (4 inches of snow this am). They assured that docs would be sent...After 1 PM I called several times, each time no docs...then finally called the title company and they said docs may not be ready today. I felt obligated to inform the borrower of the situation. Several minutes after he hung up, he called back to report that someone called him regarding another notary that would meet to sign at 7:30 pm. He said that that notary did not have any docs yet and....he said he was not available at that time.
I called NSC and asked to have my name removed from their data base. I have done jobs for before...always something to make my day.
PS their fee for piggy backs is $20 and they want to pay only $25 for printing. I told them I have other things to do during the day than wait around for action on their part. (They assigned me job on Monday...you would think they could have ironed doc issues bytoday...(Friday). Be careful in taking jobs...get thing spelled out in writing and then hold your breath for the docs. Bye bye NSC!!
