National Closing Solutions Rocklin, CA - Excellent!

Although they have lowered their fees to keep competitive in the market, I rate them superb because they most always give 1-2 days notice of scheduled signing, have an excellent staff, and pay most always within 3 weeks tops!

I love giving compliments when they're due! For years I called my local newspaper company each time I had a new newspaper deliverer and received excellent service.

It's too easy to complain... and much easier to compliment!

Cheap, cheap! If you like $65.00 w/edocs, go for it.

But...

Can you justify the expense of travel and paper at that price? Are you making a profit?

I agree. When I first signed up with them, I didn't think I would get any assignments from them. But they became one of my bread and butter companies.

As for fees, I think that depends on the individual. I told them what my fee is on the application, and they have always paid it. And it's significantly higher than $65 with e-docs. And there are never any fax backs. Just fax your invoice.

They will pay you what you ask for in many cases. I was called to do a closing in Pueblo. They agreed to the travel fee I requested. And they always pay like clockwork.

Good luck.

Re: Fees

Good Morning...

I am a little under a year to this... I believe I may be getting robbed by companies based on what I am reading here...Can you all please tell me what the average should be for refinancing and loan modifications with (9) pages? Thanks.

Two weeks

ago they offered me $85 for e-docs and wouldn't budge. Not positive but I seem to think it was also a short notice order.
