That is BS and I would tell him that he will have a small claims suit awaiting his arrival back to the state.....as I can not delay in receiving my payment for 2 more weeks; and then delay while you look over it; and then delay some more while you tell me the check in the mail!!!!

I feel bad for you!!!!!

I just sent a demand letter, that I will be filing in small claims court in early April if I do not receive payment.

Yes I would have small claims summons on him delivered to every address I knew he had....That is so disrespectful of him!
