I don't work for them anymore. I got tired of hearing "we only get paid $100 for the job, so we have to make a profit". Time to renegotiate.

Eric, if it was a refi for last evening, I took the job. They actually met my fee of $XXX. No problems.

This is Paul from Pacific Document Services in Northern California, I think you may have the wrong company, we didn't offer anyone 60.00 for e-doc, we typically pay 100 - 125.00, please correct the posting for the correct company.
Sincerely,
Paul Gambs

I have worked for Pacific Document Service, Very good company, Has been around for a long time, very fair with his fees, no hand holding, and stands behind his notaries. Would never hesitate taking a job from Paul, this is ONE of the GOOD SS's.

Re: Pacific Document Service

I beg to differ on that statement due to own personal issues with Paul. He might not "hand hold", but he definately doesn't know how to speak to people, at least in my circumstance. He's nice enough when he needs you to close a loan for him, but personally I think he has a poor additude. That doesn't mean he doesn't work well with some, he just didn't work out for us. My own opinion.

Re: Pacific Document Service

Anyone out in the Chicago area, Julie and Jim did 86 deals for us last year at a minimum of 100.00, paid on time and in full for every deal, you do the math....doesn't sound like someone who was treated poorly, matter of fact we had a great relationship until Jim got on the phone and through some kind of unprofessional fit!!!! Anyway, don't normally answer back, but it is time for the good signing companies (pacific document services) to fight back, go blog about the companies that really are going to screw you, there are many of them out there, we on the otherhand are not one of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I respect each and every notary, you are my lifeline, in my eyes you are true warriors!!!!!
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Pacific Document Service

Everyone has their own opinion, and we can exercise it since we live in the USA. I guess some people have thicker skin than others. The bottom line for me is they meet my fee and pay me when scheduled, anything else I either hang up or shut up.

I have worked for Pacific Document Services (Livermore, CA) and was certainly offered and paid more than $60. I think you have them confused with another company.

I believe the company who called me was Pacific Document Signing. Maybe that's the company who called MasterCloser. Regardless, they met my fee of $xxx.
