Pinnacle Real Estate Services - BEWARE

Pinnacle in Ladera Ranch, CA has owed me for a signing done 8/27/2007.
I have been trying to collect with no luck. Today I recieved an email from Dawn offering me a check ASAP if I would agree to a $50 reduction in the agreed upon fee.
What in the world is going on in this business? I didn't realize fees were negotiable after the fact %#$#^%$&^$%&

Of course I responded no.

BEWARE!!!!

I would suggest that you let them you know you will be contacting the title company (is it LFC) . When I had a problem I let Pinnacle know that I also do work directly for the TC and Dawn sent my check. I also happen to get a call fom LFC to do a closing and I let them know, they took the info and looked it up. Good luck
