I have not been paid after Marie said she was sending out my payment, I told her I wouldn't take any more closing until they paid me , they had call and want to schedule a closing 50 mile away but owes me $250.00 from a trouble closing back in Jan & early Feb that they schedule twice with me second time it close then the borrower cancel, she said she would pay. I'm still waiting and call today to get put on hold then , she was in a meeting, ya right.

Asking for additional info so that the good companies are not lumped in the with bad ones with similar names should not be considered annoying. What's annoying is assuming that by name only, that identifies the SS.

You can read and have basic reading comprehension, correct? Take a look at your original confirmation and you've got your answer. If you didn't like their terms, you shouldn't have taken the order.
