Query RE: Signing Central...

Can anyone say why some companies show up on the signing central listing when you aren't logged in and don't show up when you ARE logged in? I found an SS I was looking for while not signed in but they disappeared when I logged 1n and went back. ???

I think after we log in, signing central knows what state we're in and only shows the companies that have work in our state.
When we are looking without being signed in, all companies show up.

Yes, that is how it works. There's no point in displaying state-specific or regional title companies that don't cover your area.

If you see a company on the main list that DOES work in your area, but does not display in Signing Central after logging-in, let us know using Contact Us and we can review their coverage area.

You know I noticed that too. Someone told me there was a company listed in SC a while ago but I could never see them. That is too weird.
