I just did a closing for them last week... so its too soon to have received a check, but I will keep you posted. Patrick was very nice...

After I typed that, I said to myself... "Aren't they all nice?"... But he was, because with this particular signing there was an issue with the borrowers and them not understanding something, but everything was settled and clarified, and all went well. I have yet to be stiffed and I am so trying to be optimistic!!!

I did one for them and was paid in less than a month. I posted that info here a while ago. I would work for them again.
