Use the orange search button. There's quite a bit of talk about Redwing.

yeah, they are pretty bad. I spoke to Ed via email after chasing him down for months for a closing i did in October, 2007 via phone calls and faxes. He stated he would get paid on the 10th and I would get my check shortly after. I'm still waiting. I called Lisa Wingenroth, his daughter at Fidelity Title. After calling her 3 times, Ed finally emailed me that message. I'll update when I receive the money. Lisa Wingenroth's phone number is 714-368-2247. Good luck!!!

They are horrible. Apparently you need to be polite after months of not paying in order to be entitled to payment. If you are rude at all, (careful, he is very sensitive) he will not pay you. I have left messages for lisa and she is not very helpful either. Its a common scheme to get closings done for free, and the more people out there that turn jobs down from them, the better off we all will be.

It took over 2 months with 3 phone calls but I did get paid.
