Redwing, funny response to my email RE: Nonpayment

I emailed Redwing just to check on the status of my fee from last september, and got this response.

Brian !!!

The only reason I am replying to your e-mail is that in your last voice mail you appeared to be civil and asked for the courtesy of a response.

From the beginning of our communications regarding your late fee you were rude, abusive and threatening and even insulting to my family. Not the way to work out a solution to a problem.

I have always said I am responsible for your fee and that I would pay you as soon as I could but you continued your rude approach thinking to bully me into submission. I have and will not respond to these methods !!!

If you wish to act like a civilized person rather than a rude Boston Lawyer, we can work out a payment plan. If not, have at it..

Ed...

I don't remember being insulting to his family, or rude for that matter, but if you deal with this company, expect this kind of response. Do I not have the right to be rude after almost six months after non payment? Maybe its just me. I just used a credit bureau, maybe they will have better luck. At least they will ding his credit.

Well, Dude..(<G>) you now have it in writing that he knows

he's responsible for your fee...I wouldn't wait any more...if he thinks you're rude what will he think of a Small Claims action against him? JMHO

If he thinks you were rude, wait till a credit collections person hits him - my dau-in-law does this for a business, and I cannot believe how they talk to people, perfectly legally too. Not nice for sure, no idle threats, constant reminder that this will be on your credit report for 10 years, etc. Gotta love America!

Look how sensitive he is...check this email

I emailed him back and said I think I have the right to be a little upset, and that I was going to call a collection agency. I got this response.

Amazing !!!

You’ve just validated everything I’ve said about you in my previous e-mail … Will you never learn ??? Go ahead and spend your money on a collection agency rather than work out a payment plan..

I would consider these email responses from him before anyone here considers taking a job from him.

Wow, that's crazy . . .

He owes you money, and he thinks you're out of line? Wow.

It does not matter if you are polite or rude: you did the job, he owes you the money.

This is the response of my inquiry to get paid from Ed:

Natela !!!

In previous e-mail's I have explained to you that I will pay you for your work. I am working very hard to do this...

However, you are not doing yourself any good by bothering people that have nothing to do with my contract with you.. They do not have any responsibility for my actions and will not reply to your calls or letters.

You can do what you wish, but I will pay you when I have the money to do so..

Ed...

i would stop bothering ed as he has stated he will pay ....

when he feels like it... perhaps a court order AFTER you win in small claims court will light a fire under his decision of when he is going to pay you.......

He might hope that we live in different states, and we will not be able to file a claim against his fraudellent activities.
Does he have a clue that he hurts his business, Catherine's, and FNT's reputations in general? He is a "perfect" role model for his generation!

I'll go through the procedure and double check. Long time ago I had a claim in LA for 4,700.00, and I won. This company tried to negotiate with the amount I claimed. The amount was different from what they owned, because I included all expenses I had.
It is a good idea, to make them learn, how to rip off the hard working people.
Sorry for misspelling word "fraudulent"
