Requesting feedback
We have just become intergrated with CLOSING MARKET, which is made up of 5000 title companies. My database has about 10000 notaries and i'm looking for more. I am trying to be fair with both clients and notaries. We are going to be extremely high volume. If interested, please go to www.nnsnotary.com and click the NOTARY tab. After registering you will be e-mailed a contract agreement. Please disregard as it is 7 years old. We have just expanded to a new building and our fax # did not follow. New fax # 401-943-8565. Also, if you perform e-closings please call Bob @ 401-688-8400. I have been requested by a large e-closer to come up with a proposal. I pay all notaries within 2 weeks.

My opinion, your payment within 2 weeks is a great payment plan. But your base fee of $50 will get you a database full of inexperienced and possibly non professional NSA's to be the majority of your database. This in turn will cost your company more in the big picture because employees will be spending their time "babysitting" a NSA and making sure corrections to files are being done instead of calling a NSA for the next clients closing request to generate more income for the company. A professional experienced NSA's fee will be higher and the quality of service they will give will be higher.

"A professional experienced NSA's fee will be higher and the quality of service they will give will be higher"
How true!! - especially one all set to hit the road running on e-signings and e-notarizations.

The $50 fee is 6 years old. That is why i said to disregard the contract that gets e-mailed. The company that designed our web-site years ago is out of business and we can't change it within their system. We have a new web-site that should be up by the end of next week.

So you are saying, do not fill out and sign this contract? It is just automatically sent to you and it is incorrect.

Yes. Do not fill out contract. I would not insult anyone with a $50 fee.

Then my response to this particular post about the fees
and website is "why not get back to us when you're ready to give us the correct, updated information and an accurate fee structure" .. I personally prefer to know all the terms of my "employment", so to speak, up front to avoid any issues of misunderstanding down the road... JMHO

"Are you ready to make extra money, working flexible hours?"
That's what she said she wanted - volume. And part-timers, too, looks like. . .
