Has anyone done reverse mortgages through this division of LFC. If so, is the paperwork pretty straight forward? TIA

Yes but now they just want to pay 85 dollars with edocs. I won't do them not even for my next door neighbor at that price.

I have done more than 50 for them and they WERE great. Now they have lowered their fees to $80 with no mileage, and if you really insist they will pay $20 for e-docs. Most of the time they FEDEX the docs to you. It has just been in the last month that they lowered their fees from $150 to $80. Here in Arizona they have no problem finding people who will work for that.

I think it depends on your area. Yes they Fedex the docs to you but I got my fee with them.
I think it depends on how many notaries are in your area. If they can not get anyone they will pay.

Have closed several for them, great to work for and met my fees without problems. Pays 30 days. Take all you can get.
