Hello!

My name is Jenica Scollan from Scollan Settlement Services in Baltimore, MD. Recently we have been asked to do some closings in NC and would like to ask you a few questions regarding your fees, etc. We would like to know how much you charge for: a refinance, purchase, Heloc/2nd mortgage, what your trip/print fees would be if there is a cancellation, and any surcharge for edocs.

When a company has "Settlement Services" in their name, it makes them sound like a TC, and some are, but many are just SS. After looking at their website, it appears they are an SS and both the MD and VA locations are private homes according to Google Earth.
