I've worked with Stewart Lender Service which also goes by E-Title, based in Pittsburgh, PA. They have been connected to NREIS somehow, either by sharing the same NSA phone list or sharing the same building, etc. They generally pay within 30 days. Sometime ago I read that they've lowered their fees to $85.00 for e-docs. I did a few loans in the beginning of 2007 but it's been quite a while since I've heard from them.

Doris is right they use the same closing agent list as NREIS. I worked for them over a yr ago but they pay the same as NREIS $90.00 for email docs. They pay in 30 days if you want to work for nothing.

I've worked for them. They do pay but you're right, they go trolling for the person willing to work for the least amount.
