That was nice EOM

Cleaned the house, watched Big Brother worried about bills. That was the worse EOM in a very long time. Only 1 call for a lowball RM and that was it.

The Telephone is still dead, what hurts is when one is busy everyone is busy and when you turn down work, they wont call you back.

Don't know about anyone else, but the resume has been out and no luck with that. 10K people have lost there job in NJ since 1/08. Smile be happy..

I only had one this week myself so far - but I work for the attorney that does title searches for my county and she has been pretty busy this week with searches for refi's.

Its not just us....

My hubby is an electrician & this has been his worst year BY FAR. He hasn't had a full work week in almost 1.5 mths. Did a closing the other day for someone in construction & he said the only reason why they were refi'ing & switching to an ARM was to re-coop from this year & the loss of work he has seen.

Heads up, spring is coming & at least the sun will be shining!!!

I got zero calls for loan signings yesterday..the only call

I got was to go to the County jail for a POA and another notarization...but they didn't want to pay my fee...so I cleaned...

I remember last year at this time I went from early February until EOM for March with NO calls...got one call for March '07 EOM then no more calls til mid-April.....I'm hoping this is just the way it is here and things will pick up next month (of course they will - we're going away the first week of May!!)

I went back to work in loan orgination and happy I did because all I had one call yesterday for a refi piggy and an auto loan for today that was for 3pm. Oh! and they wanted it done for a really low fee. EOM was bad on my end.

I did 3 back to back within 2 miles of each other last night. Had doc's for all 3 before I left home. Absolutely wonderful. Wonder what I did to deserve that? lol

But, overall, March has been one of the slowest months. Jan Feb were much better.

Have 2 on the books for April.

I got was at 8:30 at night wanting me to drive 30 min and all the docs were not done yet and the husband had to leave by 10:00. Found out that it was cancelled shortly after I quoted them my fee.

Just to let you know it is NOT slow everywhere! (is IS slow here in Denver) I know of one lucky lady in Tennessee that did seven last week, and several more this week from just one company here in Denver. I won't post her name, and I don't think she reads this board (I don't think she has time.) I think it depends on where the loan companies are targeting.

Terrible EOM for me..One call for tomorrow! A few set up for April! We are having a baby born in the family (not me) in the next 2 weeks..Thats when the phone will ring! lol
