Ultamite Signing

Has anyone worked with Ultamite signings, not sure if it's spelled right, They have called a couple of times for last minute signings,but don't have time for me and said check there website which I can't fine. I have checked Notary Beware and still have not heard of them. I decided this year not to take signings with out good ratings. I've been stiffed by non payers

I had a call a while back for this company and could not find any positive information about them. I declined the signing and advised them as to why.
