Update on Signature Company

I had some business in San Diego today, so I thought I would pay a little visit to the office of the Signature Company. They have an office in an industrial area in an office building with a lot of tenants. Of course, there weren't in. I talked to the receptionist for building, and she stated that it has been about a week and a half since they have seen anyone from the Signature Company. So I had her sign my sheet that I delivered my own demand for payment and she put it in an overflowing mailbox.

In searching for an address to visit to serve them for small claims, I briefly looked at their FBN and it shows the owner as "Signatures of Southern California, INC. ". It looks like they set it up to shield themselves in the event that they tried to run and hide.

I wouldn't take any more work from them ........

Thanks, but that is where I was today. There is no one there and there is only an overflowing mail slot to put anything in. No one there to serve. .... Keven Perron is no where to be found ..

If they are a corporation or a limited liability company they should have a registered agent for service of process on record with the secretary of state. If they have not maintained a registered agent, your state may allow you to serve them through the secretary of state. If you are talking about a small claims suit, you will need to verify that your state has small claims jurisdiction over them.

Yes, that is the same Kevin Perron, though he and Judy divorced about 1.5 years ago. I'm not sure if that is still his address either.
Good luck everyone! I worked for him for 3 years, and haven't even gotten my W2 from last year!

GReat! Now I'm in the same boat as all of you regarding this company.

Can't we go straight to Title company to ask about info?

Or at least warn them not to do business with these people anymore as they are not paying their notaries??
