Watch Flagship Title Services, Hampton VA

Just a heads up--We operate a full fledged title company with a small notary service in WV on the side--did a deal for Flagship and had the most HORRIBLE time--still have not gotten paid, each person I spoke to has requested something different and tonight, it got ugly, I was called an a** and told that I was a "Peon" when I mentioned we did have an attorney on staff. I strongly urge all you notaries to boycotte this company and any feed back by you all would be apprecaited. As I said, we have an attorney on staff, and if we can get enough persons who have not been paid, am pretty sure she is going to file a claim.

UM and why should I or any of us take your advice again?

You're probably writing this about Flagship Title Svcs because they are YOUR competition, not ours.

Perhaps I'm not understanding something, could you further explain your post?

Re: UM and why should I or any of us take your advice again?

FWIW Personal experience is they start with 45 days out on payment, then you have to call for another 2-3 before you finally get your check. Payment history is very poor as far as I am concerned. They are not my direct competition. Use the orange search button and you will see others have the same problem.

Re: Flagship Title

I have to agree with SMG and Sandra - I stopped accepting Flagship jobs about a year ago. Too much chaos and drama and then 60+ days to pay on top of that. No thanks.

guess I'm not quite certain why TC can post on this forum?

thought this was for notaries only.

We welcome the brave TC or SS that wishes to post. However, they usually get chewed up.
Sad, really. It would be kinda nice to have an enlightening discourse between various parties involved.

I don't mind them posting here - nice to hear the other side

but I DO have a problem with a TC/SS coming on here bashing another TC...JMHO
