dates on loan papers

Is anyone having a problem with bo who don't want to sign and leave date open on loan papers. The tc says they have date stamp and not to date pages, but bo doesn't want to do that. Now tc wants pages resigned due to sloppy dates on pages.

I have one company tdates - that requires dates to be stamped. I bought a stamp for a few dollars at staples just for their closings. No handwritten dates except in natary section.

One of my favorite companies pre-dates every doc. It is so nice. I love it and so do the borrowers.
