imput NNA TEA
Got information from NNA. sign up, take tutorial, just takes 15 minutes (?) earn $35 per single enrollment or $85 for three in one office. Anyone getting this? I can't think that anyone makes money on this, you are going to their office (where ever it is) . What's your take on this?

ahh but the catch...
you have to be a nna member AND have passed THEIR background check..what a way to suck more money out of my pocket...see below...
" Yes, I am a Background Screened Member of the NNA. Open the TEA application form. I am an NNA member but need to purchase NNA Background Screening before applying.
I need to purchase both NNA Membership and Background Screening before applying."

Re: ahh but the catch...
There are probably a good share of us who have been screened, since when the information first went out, the thought was that most title companies would request one. I just think that it would take longer than the 15 minutes they mention and no mention of travel was mentioned.

This organization, has done more to harm our industry than anything I can think of. Forget about the sub-prime mess, and other real estate problems. That's nothing compared to harm caused by the NNA, and their mass production philosophy. I'm ashamed of being a member.

I don't think anyone will make money on this....the purpose of our going into business ourselves...making money. The time taken to read the data, take their exam, then drive to a destination for a fixed $35 or NNA says, if 3 are in the same place. $85. While they say it takes only "15 minutes", driving there, meeting the contact, logging them into our journal and then starting the online ID program, doesn't seem to pencil. Think I'll pass.
