in the real estate discussion forums there are several links to articles about mortgage fraud and all the people- notaries included- that are getting busted by the SOS

No the Pony couple in Tarzana, another "national" fraud ring doing it another way. What about the guy who lost everything he owned in Oregon due to Craigslist.org fraudster.
