Got a call yesterday for grant deed w/2 signers (1 doc) arranged at 7:30pm . SS wanted to pay $25 ???? u/c $10per person + travel would be $60. I'd have accepted a reasonable discounted amount but 60%!!!

Or am I crazy.

If it was in the same town I lived in and "payment" within 10 days. I would do it for 40 bucks, it would take you longer to drive there then the signing.

That is my med record run rate, and single doc fee. easy money in my book.

My min travel fee is $25. So if that was close by, I would do it for $45 Longer distance would be a larger travel fee. $25 isn't enough. Gas is pushing 4 bucks.
