notary directories w/yearly fees
Good morning, I'm sure you all receive invitations from notary directories that want you to pay a yearly fee so they can market for you and increase your business. I would appreciate input concerning which ones work for you. I do get calls from signing agencies saying they got my name off Notary Rotary so membership here has paid off. Are there any others worth the money. Thanks in advance.

The ones I have gotten the most off of is here and 123. I will be upgrading here to premier as have heard wonderful things. Currently I am pretty high on the list even being a basic member. But being even higher is better. Not counting you get discounts here on products

What I did was listed with the ones that came up on the first page of the search engines when I typed in notary. It has definitely paid for itself.

Get a lot of signings through Notary Rotary and comments on good and bad signing companies is very useful.

Re: There are four that I stick with.
I liked Superior Signing Service. After confirming with the borrower, she did not show up twice. I called SSS to advise, and told them if the borrower called to reschedule again and did not show, I would no longer take the assignment for this particular borrower. Anyway, the borrower did call and re-set the signing. She kept the appt this time.
Superior Signing Service paid me for all the missed trips plus the original set price promptly and without complaining. On the contrary they were friendly. Good thing the borrower's home was only about 10 blocks from my house, and the overnight document package contained about 15 pages. I would work with them again.
