I just did one last nite and got my requested fee - they never give me a hard time about fees.

I've never worked for Service Link directly. Do they still require all those crazy faxbacks? At that fee, they are in "why should I bother" territory.

I received the same call. How many SA's do you think they will get to do it at that price?

Same packages and 50 page fax backs. That's is extremely degrading!!!

Thanks to the NNA for flooding the industry

@ 45 dollars I would shut the doors first and let some other fool do the work. I know people will do anything in this area.

If SL lowers there price to that amount they should offer something back to ease the pain. ie. no more fax backs or split packages, but thats me.

Only time will tell if this new fee becomes the industry standards. After this month I just may close the doors and just pick an choose for some extra spending money.

This business is going to the potty really fast! The problem is and always will be the fact that the NNA (and others) saturated the market with loan signing agents that are willing to work for these fees. That in addition to the market falling apart leaves no room for negotiation. Signing companies know they can get someone to do the work for these fees. It leaves those of us that are willing to stand up for a decent fee out of luck . . I will NEVER accept these fees!! I was offered 75.00 for an edoc package today. They said they would call back if they could get my fee approved and of course they never called back. In other words someone accepted the 75.00 job!! Crazy . .
