I am not sure about your question.
You don't seem to know what it is, and it is a form of e-docs.
Instead of the company sending the docs via email, you will log in to their secure site with a
login name and password, and print the docs from there.

Each company utilizing them has their own, so to me that question is what doesn't make sense.
