Alvarado Group Nationwide Signing Agency

I have tried to enter this group in the company data base so that I can note that they haven't paid me or responded to email messages or phone messages. Signing was 9/28/07. I did talk to the loan company who said that the closing had been canceled. I do believe that a company should pay something. At the very least, it could have the courtesy to respond.

This company is (was?) run by Kristy Alvarado, 17415 Banyan St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, 714-335-1590; fax 951-567-7817.

I have tried twice to enter this information in the database and each time was told that the company is already there. However, I have checked each entry for California (!) and can find no similar information for names, address, or phone numbers. So, don't know why I can't enter it.

You expect to be paid something for a closing that was canceled? You didn't do anything, what on earth should you be paid for?

They're probably ignoring you because your request for payment is idiotic and they just don't want to have to argue about something that should be painfully obvious to you already.

I think Jean meant she did the signing and then the loan rescinded (Borrower canceled it)


I may be wrong, but that is what I understood her to mean.

I hope that's what she meant. But when I read that the closing was canceled, I took it to mean she never made the trip in the first place.

I have had this happen to me when adding companies to signing central. You need to use the contact us button and let not rot know and they will look into it.

This happened to me as well. I did a closing with chrisy's company, and they cancelled after they signed, and I was not paid. Very Unprofessional, these type of people need to be weeded out of this business. Do not accept work from Christy, and hopefully, she will be weeded!

Was the closing canceled (you didn't make a trip)

or did the borrowers rescind the loan after the signing? If they rescinded, my opinion is they owe you your full fee. You did the job, what happens after you leave is irrelevant. If the loan was canceled and you never made a trip, well, see Cali's response.

Alvarado Group aka Mobile Docs are gone

I had a few emails exchange with Kristy around Sept. Their clients (lender) went belly up, many many loans did not get fund between 04/07-09/07. Kristy went down with them.
