All I know is Alex Goodman from that company called me telling me he has reviewed my profile and wanted me to fill out their application because they HAVE closings in the areas I cover. I was SURE I was going to get some business from them. Well, that was April 3rd and I haven't heard a word from them. I sent Alex a follow-up email asking him if he needed any additional information and never heard back. I think people are so RUDE when they can't even email you back with some kind of response. So, other than that, no, I have not actually worked with them. I have been closing loans for 26 years, so I don't think it's my lack of experience as a reason they haven't called.

I signed up with them in January, '08

and still have not heard from them yet - I can only assume (probably my first mistake) that they have nothing in my area yet..

They require a monthly invoice for payment, and although I haven't worked with them yet, a couple of the FL network members have. I understand they are great to work with, pay promptly and fairly.

Thanks. I don't have any reason to think there will be a problem. Since it is a monthly billing I don't want to get caught for a sizeable amount.
