Archer Land Title

I have done two closings for them and both are starting to bother me.
The first one, customer was not happy with Interest Rate, cancelled at table.
The second one, a RESPA signing, LO calls me while almost to borrowers house and says borrower is playing games and don't bother going to house. Mind you, I have had to track this borrower down for days....
On both these occasions, I have to be transferred to a bunch of different people for a payment chase and to boot, these guys are stating that if loan does not close i get some $50 fee. Nowhere is that stated in the confirmation!
Any feed back on these guys would be appreciated, I THOUGHT this was a good company!

I have only done one signing for them but I find out 15 minutes before the signing that its not at the borrowers residence, it was at ace mortg which was over an hour and a half away from borrowers residence. They paid me my fee that I quoted them based upon the signing be at borrowers residence but I had to chase them to pay my additional travel fees. I had to wait but at least they paid me in full!

We worked twice in the last month for the St Louis office and Stephanie and company has always been great and paid right off the HUD less than 10 days.
