Archer Land Title, ARIZONA

Just wanted to say that Archer Land Title here in Arizona is a great company. I did my first signing for them on 4/29/08. The only negative thing was that I had to wait two hours for e-docs and reschedule with the borrower, but that was because the Lender, Ace Mortgage, took their time getting docs to Title. Archer paid well and I received the check about two weeks later on 5/9/08. I would definitely do signings for them again.

There were many comments about Archer Land Title out there (mostly positive), but they were for other states.

I am located in North Carolina and I have completed several signings with Archer and was very pleased with the timely way that sent payment for service. I would not hestitate to do future work with them and would encourage others to do the same!!!!!
