BLUE INC SIGNINGS CO.

I wanted to share with anyone who might do signings for Blue Inc Signings Company in the future. I was very open to working with them, even though I read some negative things about them. In February, I did a signing for them that started out 7 signatures per client, there were 2 clients at the same home.We agreed upon a price.

Then I was asked to print out all the documents (85 pages) and still give them a 20.00 discount. Being that it was a California Signing I had to produce loose acknowledgement documents to insure the job was correct for MY safety. After reviewing the papers, I noticed there were 8 signatures per. needed. Confirming with “Jeff” that there were 8 needed not 7, I drove to there home to complete the signing. Then I was asked to fax ALL the papers to them ASAP and ship the packets to them “Over night mail”. AS if that wasn’t enough, one of the packets didn’t come threw as well as they would have liked so they asked me to resend 45 pages.
Now as I assumed, an invoice was needed. I asked Jeff where he needed me to send it. (Blue Inc or Seneca One) He stated there was no need, it was already on its way based on our “confirmation agreement”. Great!

Well, after about 30 days I wrote him again asking about payment. He said he would find out. Waiting another 15days, I phoned and wrote him again! He THEN informed me I needed to send an invoice. Sending it immediately, I stated very itemized billing.

It is now May 9th. I did the job February 26th. This is absurd! I am so irritated with them I want to scream! Being new to this sight I wanted to try to have an open mind, but good grief!
So please listen to my message and get either the payment from the client at the time of signing or demand a paypal payment or something from Blue Inc. BEFORE you do the job!
I sure hope this helps someone avoid all the hassles I am having with them!
Good Luck to All

That would have been THE red flag I needed. Before I take any assignment for a new company. Hopefully you get paid but obviously this is a pattern from them. Think of all the people who aren't on this particular board that have even more experiences like you are having. Good luck collecting.

Send a demand letter for payment stating that if not received in 5 days of receipt of the letter that you are contacting the lender and title company- and then proceeding to file a with a collections company. In addition if you email them put in the letter that opening the email- is a binding agreement and put a receipt on it- so when they open and read you get that confirmation in your email. If faxing the letter- write it on the letter that your fax confirmation will serve as verification that this was received and is binding. Very simple and to the point.

You may or may not get some responses!!! But I would do it and contact the lender and TC- that is for sure. Do not take it- the more action that is taken immediatley on these companies the better!!!!! DOnt ever take a job again with negative comments. If you are on the road accept the singing- look it up when you get to a computer- then give it back if there are negative comments. Not my problem- when I see that I will not get paid. They will give you a "song and dance" to keep the job- stand firm and NO!!!!!!!

One of the important things we do on these boards is share companies that are slow-pay, no-pay. Many of us check this out when accepting an assignment. It is after the fact. Since you know it is Seneca One, contact them & let them know you haven't been paid. They're not responsible for payment since they didn't contract with you, but they may put some pressure on BlueInc. Good luck.

I told Blue Ink that I would be contacting Seneca One and was paid within the week. Same type of deal...closing on 12/31...paid in March, I believe....
