BLUE INC SIGNINGS - STONE STREET CAPITAL

DO NOT DO WORK FOR EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID. DID A STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT SIGNING FOR THEM ON 4/15/08. NO CHECK. NO RETURN EMAIL FROM TABITHA CLARKE AT STONE STREET OR BLUE INC SIGNINGS AS OF 5/3/08. I DID RECEIVE ONE REPLY FROM BLUE INC TELLING ME THAT THEY HAD INVOICED STONE STREET THE WEEK AFTER THE SIGNING. NOW BEING IGNORED BY BLUE INC. NEVER A REPLY FROM STONE STREET.

Please don't post in all caps, and maybe an answer

It has been my experience, that with structured settlements and annuity payouts in Florida,
this proposal must go before a judge in order to happen.
If, for whatever reason the judge denies the request, the settlement will nnot occur.
I always decline these appointments unless I am paid at the appointment for that very reason.

Re: Please don't post in all caps, and maybe an answer

This client had sold off a couple of future payments to other lenders in the business. The only reason a judge would have to deny the request was someone not being of sound mind and body. This guy was sane, over twenty one and well spoken. I think the problem is Blue Inc Signing. I saw a post in the forum where they had written bad checks. I still find it odd that both parties answer the phone and email until they get their hands on the signed package and then they don't answer phone or email.

What did the confirmation say about their payment schedule and/or did you ask? By what you are saying, it has only been 18 days. I don't start worrying till the 30-45 day mark. Then I would start trying to call, e-mail etc. Calm down. Yelling at us by typing in all caps will get you nowhere.

I've worked directly for Stone Street twice. Received payment at 12 and 14 days. If a middle-man (Blue Inc) is involved, then payment will take longer to reach you. It hasn't even been 30 days yet, so I wouldn't get too concerned.

Speaking of profiles...

In various profiles, a person will list the same phone number in all the categories (home, office, mobile, preferred) rather than listing it once and picking one title for it. I just find that odd...

Just my quirkiness today, I suppose....the older I get, the nitpickier I get.....I probably need a vacation

This has been covered ad nauseum

There are plenty of valid reasons why people don't want their profiles linked on here, so get off your high horse.

Neener, neener, neener, Linda ? LOL!
People can somehow see mine too, even though it's not linked, it was linked awhile back....the number keeps increasing of how many times my profile is viewed.

Neener Neener - What is that, sounds like a 3rd grader

I'm not even going to play your games Cali and LKT. We are all different people who choose to do different things. We all do what works for US and no one else. I was not putting anyone down, just asking a question that had nothing to do with either of you. I choose to put my phone number in ALL places, you don't. You choose to not link your profile, I do. Jeffrey chooses to not put anything in his profile. So what!!!!! We are all within our rights to do as we please without the badgering from smart mouths. None of us appreciate it and of course we are all going to get defensive in defending what works for us. Why should I care if you link your profile, why should you care if I list my phone number every chance I get? We could beat this dead horse till we're blue in the face. Who in the H*** cares. JMO

Wow, what a hypocrite

If you feel that way, why did you post the snotty comment about others not linking to their profiles? You didn't ask a question, you said "At least everyone can see MY profile - unlike others!!!".

So spare us the self righteous indignation toots. We were only responding to your b!tchiness in the first place.

Neener, neener, neener is what *you* sounded like with this <<<<At least everyone can see MY profile - unlike others!!!>>>>

I was only teasing you, Linda, the discussion is not serious...and let me add that I wasn't specifically talking about you regarding the phone numbers....I see it many, many times in so many profiles.

Re: Why is your profile blank Jeffrey?

You click on my name in this post and you get all the information about me you need to contact me if you have work for me. What else do you need? You search for a notary in my zip and I show up. Don't really understand your question or why it's posted as a reply. Maybe you should start your own thread asking why you can't see profiles.

Re: Why is your profile blank Jeffrey?

Well, as a signing service I need to know more than your name and phone number. I need to know your experience. There is not enough information in your profile to induce me to call you.

I have had signings in your area, but as there is only one signing agent listed in your zip code that has a profile, then she is the one I call.
I ALWAYS pass by on profiles that are blank, as I need to know more about the person I am hiring.

Re: Huh?????

What memories??

Companies do look at profiles to make a decision on who they call.
I also check to see how long they have been a notary to determine if they have had enough notary experience.

Dunno - but if I have met him before it was certainly unmemorable. Obviously it was good for himSmile

Stone Street Capital can kiss my grits...

I took one of their structured settlements for $80, I'd never done one, they said it was easy, what the heck... I got there and the lady had lost her ID but knew her DL number by heart (I'm impressed)... she said Stone Street told her that would be good enough... "Yeah, well the person you talked to isn't a CA Notary, and I am..." About that time the Stone Street gal calls and tells me she had no idea about that but since I was there couldn't I just do her the favor.

No.

So I start looking for a couple credible wittnesses... and low and behold the customer knows a local EO/Notary. This is late, late 2007 so the notary can sign her on personal knowledge...So... I printed her docs (I think, I don't recall, maybe not) arranged the whole deal, notarized her husband and dropped the docs... The arrangement was that we'd give the EO my $80 and they'd pay me another $40.

No problem, thanks so much, are you sure $40 is enough...thank you thank you thank you...

I did the deed, dropped the docs and sent my invoice...

A check comes for $80, I pay the EO and get nothing...should have pushed the point but just didn't have the energy.

Never again.
