Do not work for this company. All their phones are disconnected! The owe me over $1,000. One Escrow Company said they are now under the name of Golden Bear. They are out of Sacramento, CA, San Juan Capistrano, CA, Antelope, CA. Please PM me with any details of signings you are not getting paid on!

I used the Orange button and nothing came up! I did do a reverse number look up on a 949 number that one of the Escrow companies gave me. Some of the names given to me were Jason Unwar, Bill Williams (yeah, right), Zamarud Hashimi.

Just tried the Search button again - not working. I've been supicious about this company for awhile. What good does a forum do if it's behind the times or broken.

If you go to your original message in this thread, and view your message, you will see "Link" at the bottom. I linked the messages regarding CTC, so click on the "Link" and you can look at previous postings.

Yes, I did that. That is how I found the posts, but they did not and have not shown up simply by doing search. I find that very odd. No wonder CountryWide won't work with Signing Services anymore. The majority of them are fly-by-night scam artists. Before the massive, disgrutled backlash hits, I know there are a few good SS's out there, but they are few and far between. And I'm always wondering when will they go belly up and leave me high and dry?

You are right.

No they were not directed at you, I don't even think I have worked for you. I use this site mainly to check out someone that has contacted me for work to see if they are ligit. One guy called me last month, last day to sign and I couldn't find any info on him so I told him no. He had the Title Company call me and promise to pay me. Anyway, I did get paid and quickly, but this is the pattern: A Signing Company goes out of business only to start a new one. They still have the same old contacts, but now the SS is operating under a new name. The lure the SA into feeling comfortable that payment for services rendered will be prompt by paying them immediately for the fist month or two, maybe even three. Then BOOM, they're gone! I have been compiling a lot of information in a database, phone numbers, names, Cities, etc. of the signing Services that I have been stiffed by. I have other info in there too, but that info is going to the FBI and Homeland Security.

then click on 'Forum Discussion' and you can access all the links to them that way.

Or...just go to the first post here and click on the blue 'Links' and you will see the opening line of recent conversations regarding them.

My sister works as an Account Exec at Countrywide....they have used CTC extensively. They are aware of the name change, etc. My sister is out of the office for the rest of the day but if she can track down their new number, I'm happy to send it along to all of you.

I'm happy to provide all the contact info if I can get a hold of it. I am involved with a company back east that went bankrupt, so I know how frustrating this is when you don't get paid for some signings. I'm hoping that providing this information is not against any Notary Rotary policy....
