Countrywide using escrow/title for closings

Hi folks...I've received several inquiries about companies that CW is using for their closings.
Please see my earlier response in these posts.
I've done a bit of research on a few of them.....
Here goes: NationSC (Nation Signing Company): Base fee $50 plus $20 for edocs...plus extra mileage for signing 25 miles away.....also fees for extra docs (quit claim deeds, etc)

ServiceLink is more pathetic: They have 3 tiers based on your willingness to cut your fees...the more your willing to cut fees the better your chances at getting signings.. the starting fee is $45 and 20 for edocs....up to the third tier at $65 at $20 for edocs.
This really begs to notaries to resist these services....but it seems that there are notaries willing to work for these wages.

Servicelink closings have always been a PITA at ANY price. I charged them $150 for the last one I did for them and basically told them to take it or leave it. They must have really been between a rock and a hard place because they took it.

Just confirmed $130 for e-docs in next county over - no faxbacks. Service Link will higher pay if they cannot find another approved Notary.
