Darrin Bobier - OC Signings/OC Action Network

Its been 3 months since I did a signing for OC Signings and still have not received payment. Darrin Bobier promised me 2 weeks ago that a payment would be sent and still nothing, this was after many many emails and calls that were not returned. It was only after I contact the escrow co. that I got a call, but a false promise. I'm filing at small claims court, its only a $100, but the escrow officer Nicole Walker at Ticor said he was paid $200 2 months ago, which is more than enough time to pay me. I know Im not the only one and this guy needs to be stopped. Im sick of these companies pocketing my money, and using it as credit or collecting interest. Do they think we work for free and have no bills to pay? Its just mind boggling that escrow companies put up with all the calls from notaries looking for their money, they should start cutting a check to the agencies for their share and one check to the notary for our fee,but only in a perfect world! Im curious to know, who else is still owed money by this company?

I got paid eventually, but only after many hours of arm twisting.

Thanks for the glimmer of hope, SShoreDude!

This guy contacted me to do a refi on 2/07/08 for $110. and again on 2/19/08 to revisit for the amount of $50 on a notarization not included in the same borrower's package. Countless phone calls, emails and faxes have all gone unanswered. I even posted an inquiry directly through his website, www.ocactionnotary.com.

I'm proceeding with the daily 7 page faxes and phone calls (6:30 am or not).

I finally got paid by him but it was after sending e-mails and faxes everyday. I called everyday at least twice a day. I called him at about 6:30am CA time once or twice as well. Send demand letter as well.

I will not wok for him again.

He owes me for December. Never responded to any of my communications.

I sent him to collections and then got impatient and sent him another ( of many) email, letting him know that I would be reporting him for internet fraud, etc and he actually responded to that email- first response I received from him. Anyway he told me that I should be careful and not make false accusations- who knows what he was talking about- and that he had been contacted by the collection agency nad had until May 5th to respond, and that his attorney was going to do so, and I emailed him back asking what his attorney had to do with the fact that he is trying to stiff me for a signing, and his response was that when a collection agency was involved he let his attorney handle it, to which I responded that his attorney is probably making the big bucks from him ( he probably isn't paying him either though) because there are so many notaries that are owed money from him. Anyway it is after the 5th and the collection agency hasn't heard from him or his imaginary attorney

?

How do you threaten someone with legal action when YOU OWE THEM MONEY?

Baffling. Maybe I should go back to law school. I must have missed that day.
