I see that requesting my email be removed from your files (via you removal link) is not working, neither is emailing you directly to have my email removed. I have never requested to be added to your SPAM list, nor have I signed on with your service. You are breaking the law by continually SPAMMING me.
I have previously contacted all the inmotion hosting email addresses above concerning your behavior to no avail.
I enclose a link to information re: the CAN-SPAM Act so that you may educate yourself further:

This is you last warning, should you persist in this I will persue legal action. As you can see by reading the CAN-SPAM act, the penalties are severe.
I have previously informed your hosting service that I will include them in the action.

Okay- I thought it was just me that couldn't seem to REMOVE him from my INBOX!!! So annoying! I have now "blocked" his emails but they still go to my Junk Inbox - I don't want them at all!! I think I will follow your lead and send similar emails. Maybe if enough of us do the same thing, he will get the idea his is NOT wanted and get a real job.
