Dynamic Docs - anybody?

Everytime I am sent docs via DD I have problems retrieving them. Does anyone else have problems with them? Today I had to print docs and be out the door in two hours, and I almost pulled my hair out! I have high speed internet and I do not have problems with out sites. When I called their help line, I got instructions to text them! GEEZ - I needed a live body to talk to!

Only problem I have with them is that they don't

support Mac. I couldn't find a version of internet explorer (Like I want to use anything microsoft) for Mac that they require. I told the SS this, so they just send pdf to me.

I hate to waste time putting in pass word that is a mile long and the time expire before I get it right. I ask now how will the docs be sent. I hate to go to a web site that does not work or the wrong pass word is given me.

Hey Alice

"I hate to waste time putting in pass word that is a mile long and the time expire before I get it right"

Copy and paste works better than trying to type in a large, nonsensical password.
