Did you just receive a "form letter" from them...I did too. Their number is at the very bottom of their email...I wonder if it was a computer glitch...after all, it's a holiday and who would be working? send me your email address and I'll forward what I got from them. [e-mail address].

Did you also get an email about White Glove Status? I just emailed them back because they said they removed me and I am puzzled why. I have no quality issues in the past 90 days.
(I have been told in the past their system emails on a weekly basis if status changes.)

White Glove is their euphemism for
works for nearly nothing.

You are only "White Glove" if you accept their low fees.
If you ask for a higher fee, they remove you.

That's one membership I've never had.
I've done several for them in a pinch but only if they allowed me to work for the title officers and not for FASS. Those crazy calls from India drive me nuts.

I think it is a mistake. I had two closings this week for them, one bailed, but other one was great. Let me know what you hear...crazy darned computers and their automail....

They lie. They took me off their white glove status for an issue that happened over 2 years ago with a new notary I had working for me at the time (not my issues). Supposedly the lender will not back down and reinstate notaries with old quality issues, no matter how old. That is what I was told by the manager, even though I do many closings with this lender for other title companies. That 90 day stuff is crap.

In my case, I've had no issues that I'm aware of. I did attend a signing on Saturday and when I arrived the borrower had no idea why I was there because the documents Ditech sent to him for review prior to my appointment to sign were not even for the correct property...They made a loan on a property he had already refinanced. Ditech nor First American called me to tell me not to attend, the borrower spoke to Ditech the day before and canceled the appointment. ALWAYS THE LAST TO KNOW, RIGHT?
