GA Deed

1. On the signature page for the deed:

---------------------------------------
Unofficial Witness

--------------------------------------

Is the second line for the NSA to sign as a witness also?

2. On the acknowledgement page:

After "Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of:----------------------------"

Enter name of borrower or name of unofficial witness?

It's probably to print the unofficial witness's name on.

Notary only has to sign the document one time.

Re: The Notary Public is considered an "Official" witness.

Interesting tidbit. Thank you, Paul...it's a very obvious conclusion but I would have had to ask too.

So the answer is:

1. name of witness
2. name of witness

Thanks for your replies.
