I did several for them in Feb/Mar 08, all paid promptly, Vanessa WAS easy to reach and easy to deal with. Sometime in March they lowered their fees, I was able to negoiate one final closing for them in early April, for which I have not been paid. It has now been 50 days... I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, or respond to my emails....Good luck, you will probably need it!

This company only had two offices working for her. Both of those offices no longer produce what they used to if at all anymore. They were both Countrywide FSL offices. Since they've been bought by BofA theres no way they'll survive. I hate to say it but I don't think anyone is getting paid...

I did only one signing for them, April 4 2008 and received the check April 26 2008.
