Have a "no signing company" policy.

I have been doing loan signings for 7 years........i dont work for signing services i work for escrow title companys...i refuse all signing services calls.i have a set fee.i hear bad things on signing companies i got one call from daclose 2 mos ago The guy was nice on the ph offer me me set fee..so i did signing..no pay Thats bull i wont put up with that if they ever called me on a job again i would collect from Borrowers hud shows notary on hud if borrower pays notary all you do is put on the hud POC >paid outside closing <you get paid...The signing company will not get paid from escrow at all. Nothing signing company can do about it at all.Plus they may not call you again BIG DEAL They havn't paid you in the 1st place and the borrower are happy they dont have to pay over 300 for notary....Also if you have a problem with a sighning company write down escrow phone # bug escrow signing companies will hate you you will get paid..i know what iam talking about...Remember You dont have to work for signing companies that dont pay Dont get 4 unpaid bills stop it at the 1st one..Plus signing companie make more money the less you charge....Charge a fair PRICE! GAS is Up Bump Your FEES
Thanks

Most of us are annoyed by you now

You say the same thing over and over every other day.

If you're going to repost someone else's comments,

you need to identify the original poster within your post.

Now there's a GREAT idea! We as NSA's "just add our fee to the HUD as POC, and have the borrowers pay us directly. All we need in an erasier, and a calculator, to change the figures on the HUD. I wonder if E & O insurance would cover that?

We could take our crayons and do some decorating to the docs too...they are so plain!

What a fun job we have!

I think it might be time you step away from the podium, Jack. There is a theme to your posts--anti-SS. That's fine if you're so successful that you can't be bothered. We are all in our own businesses, and need to make decisions according to the markets we're in. I work for some good SS that are the source of some regular work. Also, there is a limit to the fees I can charge in my area & still expect to get work. If I decided that I couldn't work for less than $200/$300 I wouldn't get any work at all. Let the business decisions up to the business owner! You sound like a union organizer!

Re: Punctuation and good spelling would help....

I think that all of his posts should be deleted. It is an ongoing rant that disrupts the website. One website actually deletes posts from people like this when they discovered that the posts were from signing services that were trying to fill the board up with rants, with names that have no links, in order to move the bad posts about them to another page.

Re: oh yes, censorship is better! (NOT)

Than what I recommend jba/fl, is that if I choose to ignore a poster, I should be able to click on their name and every post they have made be unavailable for me to see. That way, I am not annoyed. Than again, maybe I wouldn't be able to read too many posts, because several people would be deleted from my view.

The website I am talking about was about 10 different names registering with the same email address posing as different posters, who were actually the same person. That was not censorship, that was someone posting to move the view of their bad publicity to another page of posts, so it would be harder to see. First thing the moderator did was post all of their names and say that they were not real people.

Jack, you can't make any changes to the closing fees on the HUD. E & O insurance won't cover that violation. You'll need a good lawyer and lots of money in the bank to cover the law suit when the title company and lender sue you.

I think Jack is trying to make other notaries make mistakes and he profits with extra work. I have only been a notary for 1 1/2 and I know that you cannot make changes on the docs. Jack I will send you cigges to you in prison so you can pay off your bunkmates. We do not need your kind telling us what to do
