Are you an attorney?
I see you're in Georgia, so you should know that only attorneys can perform loan closings in your state.
You can charge whatever your state allows for general notary work.

In GA you are a Notary Public ....
As a commissioned Notary Public you can provide any notarial services that Georgia state law allows.
A Notary Public cannot conduct or supervise a mortgage loan closing or mortgage loan document signing. I am sure there must be something from your State commissioning office that addresses this question or call and ask your commissioning office if there is more than acknowledgement and jurat services that you can provide. I assume you know your state's maximum fees for these services and travel, if you wish to travel to the public.
