Just a reminder!
I know some people that work as schedulers (for a local SS, and some a local TC office) I had one call me yesterday about trying to find notaries. These were both remote places (one in TX, one in AR) She looked, and I looked (at this site and others) and couldn’t find anything within 20 miles of the zip code. Finally got them covered (over 50 miles!) Anyway… many schedulers READ your profile! And check when you last updated. Many are now out of this business, and if your profile has not been updated, they don’t call, they move on to the next notary on the list. You would be surprised how many here haven’t updated since last year, I was. Some here complaining about not getting any business, with a profile updated a year ago

I agree actually.

I update mine every couple of weeks. I don't necessarily change anything, but I update it. This way when people call they see that I have been there recently and it gives some lenders comfort knowing that all the information is current. It also is important to me that they see that I keep all of my information accurate and up to date.
