KC SIGNINGS, CLEARWATER FL
Wants to pay $75 for a closing and its edocs??? 60 plus pages for $75. I said I can do for minimum $100.
In the mean time the borrower canceled the loan.
But is anyone else experiencing this 'low ball' high expectation from lenders and title companies?

As GA is an attorney state for closings, are you saying that as an attorney that is all they are offering you????

Yes.....lowball offers seem to be synonymous with slow/no pay.

yes, yes, yes, i refuse to do edocs for less than $100, but normally expect 125.00. Plus, depending on distance also changes the price. The company's requesting lower fees are usually notary service companies not lenders or title companies.
