Kudos to LSI
So I did a signing for LSI a couple weeks ago and very quickly got a check that was too big (and too quick). Checked the stub, it was for 2 signings in December. Hmmmm.... what the heck, LSI paying 4 months late??? Couldn't be. I bet I lost a check and they're replacing it? (Yes I'm capable of that). So I called...
The gal tells me she was combing through the books to catch any missed payments because if they miss sometimes the notaries never ask. She wanted to be sure we get paid.
So now you know for all my big talk I'm not always 110% on top of my receivables (frankly I'm all over new companies or ones I'm not so comfortable with but others I relax... and December was super busy for me, too much work and plenty of money.)

P.S. The check for the recent signing arrived yesterday.
