I just did one for them the other day. I was also concerned there were no comments, but thought no comments might be a good thing, and took a chance.

I too did one for them about 2 days ago. Pkg was short & sweet & people seemed nice. Hopefully pymt will follow soon.

I did one for them in January and was paid in less than 30 days. The people I worked with were nice. My only complaint is that the docs didn't arrive until an hour after the scheduled appointment time but I don't think that was Landsel's fault. The lender was Flagstar and I've noticed their packages are a little larger than others with a lot of writing for the notary. That being said, I would work with Landsel again.
