Re: you want experience yet only pay $50?
We do not pay $50. The fees in that package are 7 years old. In fact, throw the e-mailed package where it belongs, in the garbage. This package is automatically sent by the website. We have our IT person coming in next week to make sure it does not get sent anymore.

Thank you. I am trying very hard to be fair and keep my notaries happy. Title companies forget that without the notary, they would be lost.

Notary National Signers is OK by me.
I hope that I'm still in their database!
They were fair with their fees and paid quickly. I will take all they give me!

Any day is good by me!
I have no problem at all with NNS. Bob is great to work for, very good with communication. They pay fast and fees are good. I'm okay taking a discount if payment terms are 2 weeks, as opposed to 30-60 days....so I'll do any they send my way.
Thanks Bob!

Per Rules and Guidelines: Do not advertise your own products

Maybe they got prior approval.

Re: Notaries needed
Steve use to work here years ago. I took over in January of this year. This is a family business and I was placed in charge of all aspects of this company and have been making major changes.

Okay - now this concerns me...
You have a sign-up package with what you claim is a 7-year old fee - you say disregard it; your website TODAY states your base fee is $50; and now your welcome letters are signed by someone no longer with the company??? hmmmm

Re: Okay - now this concerns me...
The company that designed the website 7 years ago is no longer in business. We have tried to update but no one can get into the system to fix it. This is and has always been a family business with the same owners. I've had many tasks to complete since i took over the operations and have had to prioritize which ones come first. The agreement is not a marriage and therefore it was less of a priority. A notary always has the ability to say no to a closing. Why does throwing that particular piece of paper in the garbage bother you? I try to be very fair and always keep the notaries happy as you can read with some of the responses.

Re: Notaries needed
Within your vendor package with a contract containing a fee schedule. In light of the fact that you pay more than $50.00 per signing...it would appear that the contractual fee schedule is also obsolete.
