agreed. Next best thing: everyone go to his profile and 'rate' him, with comments as to why for all to see. His profile tho leaves a lot to be desired, having just joined recently? Updated anyway recently.

And his document delivery address is a Fidelity National Title address in Palm Desert, Ca
